Color Anything: Kids Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 7, 2026
Color Anything: Kids (“the App”) helps families create kid-friendly coloring pages. We take privacy seriously—especially for children using the App with a parent or guardian. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Data We Collect
- Device identifiers such as an anonymous device ID we create to manage usage and subscriptions.
- Usage information including how many prompts you request per day and whether you have an active subscription.
- Prompts and descriptions you submit so we can generate artwork using our AI models. We do not store the generated images or prompts.
- Purchase information from Apple (transaction IDs or receipts) so we can verify premium access.
- Diagnostic data timestamps, and error logs to secure and improve the service.
2. How We Use Data
- Provide, personalize, and improve coloring generations.
- Enforce daily limits, detect fraud, and keep the service secure.
- Validate App Attest challenges to ensure requests come from the genuine app.
- Confirm premium status and manage subscription lifecycle events.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to support inquiries.
3. When We Share Data
We do not sell your data. We only share it with:
- Service providers that help us run the App—such as AI model vendors, analytics, or cloud infrastructure—under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Apple when validating purchase receipts or processing Server-to-Server Notifications.
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by law.
4. Data Retention & Security
We keep data only as long as necessary to deliver the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Device profiles and usage counters reset automatically after inactivity, and purchase records are retained to honor refund, audit, and anti-fraud obligations.
5. Children's Privacy
Color Anything: Kids is designed for children but must be used with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child provided information without permission, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your Rights & Choices
- Request a copy of the data associated with your device.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion where applicable (note: deleting data may reset your usage or subscription status).
- Withdraw consent for optional data uses.
7. Contact Us
